The bells are ringing for me in my guy~

Ok had to use a old song for this post of a lovely wedding gown from the late 1890’s, and hey its wedding time, of course everyone gets married at all times of the year, although I think Spring is the best time for weddings, but other times are just as good, now this dress unlike my early post on ugly and over glorified sundress wedding dresses is a real wedding dress with some substance, and shows us that even a simple wedding dress back then could be grand and absolutely gorgeous!









Wonderful cream colored silk wedding dress from around 1898-99 It has the pigeon waist and is made up of two parts the top and the long skirt with a gorgeous train this gown is not over the top and is rather plain but god its gorgeous, even back then a wedding dress was a Wedding dress let me tell you, and any bride should be proud to wear this dress, and it has its original satin shoes!
